Job summary

CUSA, LLC operates Fairfield Inn & Suites – York in York, Nebraska, seeking a Night Auditor. You own the overnight operation, ensure security, balance the books, and prepare the morning handoff for the team.

You will perform front desk tasks, complete nightly financial reporting, reconcile cash and card transactions, and help set up the breakfast area as needed. This role offers a stable schedule and growth opportunities within the property and company.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; mistakes show up in numbers.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and consistent attendance; shift cannot miss.
• Ability to stay alert and productive overnight.
• Proficient with computers and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues independently overnight.
• Complete nightly audit and balance all hotel revenue and transactions.
• Reconcile cash, credit cards, and system reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area.
• Conduct property walks to ensure safety and security standards.
• Set up basic breakfast area (as needed) for morning service.
• Communicate clear shift notes for the morning team.
