Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa is seeking a Night Auditor to safeguard financial integrity during overnight hours. You will perform end-of-day audits, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate in-room charges and guest records.

This role supports check-in/out, generates daily reports, assists guests during late-night hours, and monitors security. A minimum of 1 year in a night audit or similar role, with luxury-hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Night Auditor.
• Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Background Check Required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-of-day financial audits, including reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Facilitate check-in and check-out during overnight hours, ensuring accuracy in-room charges, payments, and guest information.
• Generate and distribute daily reports summarizing financial transactions, room occupancy, and other relevant information for management review.
• Assist guests during overnight hours, addressing inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for late-night arrivals or early departures.
• Monitor security and safety systems, address any issues or concerns that may arise during the night, and report incidents to appropriate personnel.

The starting range for this position is $26.00. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
