Do you enjoy guest interaction? Are you a numbers person? As a 3rd shift night auditor, you will reconcile the day's receipts, run shift reports, and balance the day's activities. You will check in late-night guests and check out early-morning guests. The night shift also ensures guest safety by monitoring for abnormal activity inside and outside the hotel and weather issues that could threaten guests' rest. Role Responsibilities

• Processing credit card transactions for the hotel, restaurant, events, and lounge
• Handling phone systems, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Verifying, balancing, and reviewing hotel room availability
• Performing check-in and check-out procedures
• Administering guest payment policies and reviewing errors from the day shift
• Preparing folios for departing guests
• Maintaining lobby appearance and assisting with breakfast setup if needed
• Knowing all hotel emergency procedures
