Job Summary: As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment during the night shift. You will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, guest services, and administrative tasks during overnight hours. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will contribute to providing exceptional service and maintaining financial integrity.

Duties and Functions:

  1. Welcome and promptly escort guests within the hotel during Night shift.
  2. Deal with all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, escorting, cashier operations, guest care) according to Hyatt policies, procedures, and compliance with our code of conduct.
  3. Handle enquiries over the phone, face-to-face, and via email.
  4. Anticipate guests' needs to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience.
  5. Handle cash and credit card payments as outlined.
  6. Maintain high team focus by supporting hotel colleagues.
  7. Be punctual and adhere to hotel rules strictly.
  8. Summarize each night's operations and list follow-up tasks for management.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Languages: Professional English and Spanish required; third language desirable.
  • Minimum experience: 3 years in hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of office automation and PMS management preferred.
  • Skills: Quality, cooperation, commitment, organization.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Opera, GoConcierge, Nuvolo, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and pay high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Physical ability to stand or walk for at least eight hours, respond quickly, and handle stressful situations.
