Job Details

• Location: Lake Crest Casino & Hotel - Ardmore, OK
• Type: Full Time
• Salary: $14.50 - $16.50 Hourly
• Shift: Any

Responsibilities

• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and balance accounts.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and assisting guests with inquiries and requests.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure hotel security during night hours, including monitoring surveillance cameras and security checks.
• Assist with breakfast and guest amenities preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby.
• Follow policies on guest privacy and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background check.
• Obtain a Gaming license if applicable.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in hotel front desk preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail, accurate financial handling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently at night.
