We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy serving others! Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, interacting directly with our guests. The department operates 24/7, making every front desk role crucial to the guest experience. As a late shift associate, you will work independently without management supervision, handling responsibilities such as closing out the day and checking in/out guests during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will significantly impact guest satisfaction. The night shift also involves monitoring for abnormal activity and weather issues to ensure guest safety.
