• Balance transactions by auditing, posting and reconciling daily activity across outlets
• Verify payment accuracy by ensuring card transactions align with daily reports
• Investigate discrepancies between financial reports and takings
• Assist hotel management by guiding Night Managers on financial processes and system use
• Support emergency response during critical situations
