Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous busy counter experience or public-facing role; hotel experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle financial data and arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Balance drawer and prepare cash drop.
• Generate shift reports and log significant information.
• Check-in/Check-out guests and assign rooms per SOP.
• Answer inquiries and provide guest information when possible.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with wake-up calls and breakfast setup.
