Job summary

My Place Hotel-Port Charlotte in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Night Auditor to be the friendly face for guests during the night shift. You will handle reservations, check-ins/outs, record charges, and assist with guest questions while ensuring accuracy and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will complete the Night Audit checklist, manage logs, review previous shift records, and help with light cleaning and security tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming guest service during night shift, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and recording charges.
• Assist guests with questions, local knowledge, and amenities information.
• Complete Night Audit Checklist, manage cash and call logs, and maintain front desk paperwork.
• Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks to keep lobby and front desk area tidy.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards; stay on-call for hotel needs.
• Learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
