Night Auditor - Guest Service Representative (Training Provided)

Join us at iQon Hospitality as a Night Auditor - Guest Service Representative. We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to manage reservations, check guests in and out, and assist with guest requests during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system
• Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or restaurant reservations
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including payments and issuing keys
• Answer calls and respond to online inquiries professionally
• Assist with organizing events and meetings
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism
• Perform light cleaning duties
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest service or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
