A leading resort in Wyoming is seeking a Night Auditor for Summer 2025. This full-time seasonal role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and handling inquiries. Night Auditor (Full-Time Seasonal) Summer 2025 (Administrative)
Provide exceptional customer service while assisting lodging guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries. Operate the main switchboard, process payments, and provide resort and area information. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction. As a customer-focused organization, a crucial part of each employee's job is to get and keep guests. A key role of every employee is to serve as a Targhee ambassador, engaging guests at every opportunity. This is an overnight position.

Operation occurs seven days a week, including holidays. Hours are not guaranteed and flexible scheduling may be required.
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous guest service experience and computer skills are advantageous. Proven problem-solving skills are required.
Regular use of hands, standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Exposure to electrical shock, radiation, mechanical parts, outdoor weather, humidity, fumes, and noise. Reasonable accommodations can be provided.
