Key West Historic Inns is seeking an overnight Night Auditor to support late arrivals and maintain smooth hotel operations through the night. You’ll welcome guests, process payments, and perform the nightly audit to ensure accuracy.

The role requires independence, strong problem-solving, and a calm, customer-focused approach. A history with hospitality and attention to detail will help you succeed in this busy, welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• 1 to 2 years of Night Auditor, Front Desk, or similar hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems.
• Dependable and able to remain focused throughout an overnight shift.
• Flexible availability, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of our hotels, services, amenities, and the Key West area so you can confidently assist guests.
• Keep the Front Desk organized and provide clear communication to the morning team about overnight activity and follow-up needs

Overview

There’s something unique about hospitality after hours. As a Night Auditor at Key West Historic Inns, you’ll be the person our guests can count on overnight while helping keep our hotels running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is a mix of guest service, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You’ll welcome late arrivals, assist guests throughout the night, complete the daily audit, and make sure everything is in order for the team coming in the next morning.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to handle the unexpected with a calm and helpful approach. If you enjoy hospitality, take pride in getting the details right, and like taking ownership of your shift, we’d love to meet you.
