Job summary

Delaware North's Holiday Inn Estes Park in Estes Park, Colorado is seeking a customer-service focused Front Desk Clerk and Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. You will handle night audit duties, guest check-in/out, and billing while delivering friendly service.

This role offers hourly pay of $20.00–$21.00, weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma required.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run night audit function, reconcile credit card payments, input sales and manual sales sheets, understand guest folio, explanation of billing and how to make any needed corrections.
• Review pending advance deposits and charges, check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently.
• Quote room rates and room package information, post charges for in-house accounts.
• Complete shift closing, drop cash and check payments, securing the bank at all times and follow proper cash handling policies.
• Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations.
• Check and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.
