We are hiring a Night Auditor!

We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others. Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, with the most guest interaction. Since the department operates 24/7, each front desk role is equally important. Front desk associates are crucial to the guest experience. As a night shift team member, you will work independently, handling responsibilities such as closing out the day’s business and managing guest check-ins and check-outs during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make a significant difference. The night shift also ensures guest safety by monitoring for abnormal activity and weather issues that could affect our guests' rest.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with an exceptional hospitality experience by processing credit card transactions and other charges (restaurant, events, lounge)
• Manage phone systems, transfer calls, handle reservations
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Administer guest payment policies and review errors from the day shifts
• Prepare folios for departing guests in the morning
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup if needed
• Be familiar with all hotel emergency procedures
