Job Overview

The Night Auditor is responsible for auditing, balancing, and reporting on various hotel operations, ensuring accurate records and adherence to policies. The role involves guest service duties, including check-in/check-out procedures, and operating the PBX system.

Responsibilities

• Audit and report on food and beverage cash and credit operations
• Audit and balance front desk transactions
• Prepare and verify room information and daily reports
• Close bank ticket codes daily
• Run nightly audit final and ensure revenue balance
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, ensuring satisfaction
• Operate PBX for calls, wake-up, and paging
• Perform Front Desk Clerk duties, including express checkouts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Accounting experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency with computers, cash registers, and calculators
• Strong guest relations and communication skills
• Moderate hearing and good vision for CRT screens
