About The Role

Night Auditors serve as our overnight Guest Service Representatives. They answer phones, make reservations, check guests in and out, respond to requests, and ensure safety and security. They often work independently, handling responsibilities such as updating the computer system, posting room charges, and tidying public spaces. Strong written communication skills are essential for coordinating with daytime teams like Housekeeping and Maintenance.

About You

You should be a night owl with a positive attitude, able to work overnight hours including weekends, dependable, and capable of multitasking while maintaining composure. A genuine interest in connecting with team members and guests, along with dedication, proactive communication, and collaboration, are key qualities.
