What does the role entail?

Responsibilities include guest registration, communicating hotel services and promotions, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries. Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills:

• A desire to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk long distances.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate weights.
• Ability to make quick decisions in challenging situations.
• Experience and understanding of Front Office operations.
• Minimum of one-year previous Front Office experience.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Opera & Reserve.
• Attention to detail, organization, and proven leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
