Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $27.63/hr

Grand Colorado on Peak 8 seeks a Night Auditor, $24 - $27.63/hr DOE, Full-time. This position verifies and processes folio charges, calculations, and room postings related to daily business transactions within the resort properties. Responsibilities
  1. Verify guest folios and audit rate builder calculations for accuracy.
  2. Check entries for proper accounting codes; correct errors or list discrepancies for adjustment.
  3. Investigate overcharged or out-of-balance accounts at month-end.
  4. Process credit card refunds and apply financials to reservations.
  5. Assist with front desk operations: greeting, registration, inquiries, reservations, and guest services.
  6. Support housekeeping and maintenance with notes on room status and guest requests.
  7. Conduct monthly inventory and audits, supporting proper procedures.
  8. Enforce resort policies and ensure property security.
  9. Maintain cross-training with front desk and activities desk.
  10. Uphold hospitality standards, company culture, and policies.
  11. Resolve guest and owner issues promptly and thoroughly.
  12. Respond to emails and voicemails promptly and professionally.
  13. Wear proper uniform and participate in training and meetings.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong typing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Basic math and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Physical ability to work at a computer, stand, walk, and perform related tasks.
  • Ability to work in an office environment with some outdoor exposure.
