Job summary

Harmony Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor in Virginia Beach to ensure accurate accounting of daily transactions and to perform duties of Guest Service agent and Manager on Duty.

The role includes inventory, investigations of complaints, and preparation of daily reports, while delivering a WOW guest experience with professional service. Responsibilities include maintaining hotel standards, training readiness, and ensuring timely fulfilment of guest requests, especially during night

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience – One year in a related field preferred.
• Prior experience as a Night Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.

• Record data concerning work assignments and special projects and prepare periodic reports.
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner creating a WOW experience.
• Possess full knowledge of matters relating to proper techniques per hotel/franchise requirements.
• Interact with fellow associates in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure guest requests are satisfied in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide service in a highly professional manner at all times.
• Check daily on special project work.
• Maintain standards defined by third-party affiliations where applicable.
• Enforce 100% staff compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
• Report unsafe conditions/practices and safety violations per policy.

The Night Auditor’s primary responsibilities will include:
