Job summary

Suffolk Hospitality Management LLC is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support gaming operations in New York. The role counts inventory, reconciles discrepancies and maintains stand sheet data with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, data entry skills, and ability to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with inventory systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.
• Ability to work late night and/or midnight shift.
• Effective communication skills – follow directions.
• Ability to count product accurately.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory worksheets.
• Verify signatures, item totals and amounts on inventory worksheets.
• Ensure all backup documentation is included for receiving, transfers and sales exceptions.
• Prepare over/short reports.
• Retrieve information from stand sheet packets for data entry.
• Maintain reports and prints as required.
• Retrieve and tally all stand worksheets and cashier reconciliation sheets.
• Physically count inventory products in locations and tie back to inventory worksheets.
• Role model the company guest service program.
• Other duties as assigned.
