Qualifications

  • Check guests in and out and manage wake-up call requests.
  • Answer phones and handle overnight guest queries.
  • Perform concierge services and manage special guest requests.
  • Ensure safety and security of guests and employees.

Job description

Our hotels never sleep. So we are looking for a Night Auditor who shares our commitment to excellence and who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You will be responsible for providing overnight front desk services and ensuring the accuracy of hotel financial records for the day. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience after hours while maintaining hotel operations, security, and service standards.

As a Night Auditor, your shift will start 11:00 pm and finish 7:30 am.

A little taste of your day-to-day

  • Assisting the Night Manager in preparing overnight reports, balance the daily transactions and setting up for the day ahead.
  • Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established procedures
  • Checking guests in, out and managing any wake-up call requests
  • Answering phones and dealing with overnight guest queries
  • Performing other duties such as concierge services, room service and special guest requests
  • Ensure safety and security of all guests and employees

  • Knowledge of Opera is Highly Regarded
  • Driver's License (Preferred)

  • Availability to work a 7-day overnight roster including weekends and public holidays.
