AutoCamp is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver friendly, accurate front desk service in a dynamic outdoor hospitality setting. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-ins, handle billing inquiries, and support nightly operations.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and comfort with cloud-based apps and Google Suite. Experience in hospitality and a neat, professional appearance is preferred; the team offers inclusive culture and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement.
• Comfort with cloud-based applications; experience with Google Suite preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest-focused mindset.
• Able to solve problems and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out accurately.
• Assist guests with registrations, room assignments, and special requests.
• Guide guests with efficient, friendly check-ins/check-outs per policy.
• Collect and distribute messages for guests and respond to inquiries.
• Pre-register, block, and manage reservations in line with rate structures.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and handle cancellations per procedures.
• Follow through on supervisor checklists and ensure information is passed to the next shift.
• Attend department meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Greet and welcome guests by speaking in a warm, friendly and courteous manner.
• Support guests with registration and accommodation assignments, helping with special requests when needed and possible.
• Guide guests with check-ins/check-outs in an efficient and friendly manner, and in accordance to Autocamp's policies.
• Collect and distribute messages for guests.
• Pre-register, block and take reservations; and when necessary future reservations following hotel rate structures, discounts, and sell strategies.
• Resolve guest complaints and assists with inquiries that relate to Autocamp's services, events, directions, local attractions, etc.
• Assist in solving billing discrepancies.
• Perform cancellations according to procedures.
• Follow through and complete Supervisor's checklist by end of shift.
• Ensure that all information pertinent to the desk or related areas is passed on to the following shift manager or supervisor.
• Attend department meetings.
• Perform any other duties as requested by Supervisor.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES

• No educational requirement

• Ability and Comfort in Working with Cloud Based Applications; knowledge of Google Suite products preferred.
