Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to provide exceptional guest service on the late shift at our Missouri property. You’ll perform front desk operations, balance nightly revenue, and ensure safe, smooth night-time hotel processes while staying independent and detail-focused.

• Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets (restaurant, events, lounge).
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
• Prepare folios for departing guests.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
