Atrium Hospitality's Monterey Embassy Suites in Seaside, CA is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to cover the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). You will be the go-to team member for guest needs, balance nightly revenues, post dues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure every penny has a home.

Ideal candidates bring front desk experience, basic accounting knowledge, and strong math and communication skills. Proficiency with Excel and property systems helps you keep budgets and reports accurate while

• Basic accounting knowledge and ability to balance reports.
• Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly, post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy of financial summaries.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (including late hours).
• Maintain reports, paperwork, and the security and confidentiality of daily operations.
