Job summary

Superhost Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor in Schaumburg, IL, to support our Embassy Suites property. You will perform nightly audits, manage late-night front desk duties, and ensure accurate daily revenue reconciliation.

The role requires overnight availability, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with hotel systems and accounting software. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow in a friendly, field-leading hospitality team.

Night Auditor

Superhost Hospitality - Embassy Suites, Schaumburg

As a Night Auditor, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audits to ensure accurate financial transactions and daily revenue reconciliation.
• Manage front desk operations, including late-night check-ins, guest inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Complete end-of-day accounting processes and submit income journals.
• Monitor security cameras and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Respond to guest concerns and emergencies during overnight shifts.
• Review and validate tax-exempt documentation.
• Verify out-of-order room status.
• Support accounts receivable by assisting with aging reports, collections, and client billing.
• Enter accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE NIGHT AUDIT EXPERIENCE--THIS IS A PT POSITION--FRIDAY & SATURDAY AND THEN OCCASIONAL HELP ON OTHER DAYS/NIGHTS
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Commitment to excellent guest service, including overnight hours

• Comfortable using hotel systems and accounting software

Additional Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Availability for night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
