Job overview

The Night Auditor is responsible for preparing and completing all night audit checklist work and reports. The primary goal is to exceed guest expectations, uphold brand standards, resolve guest issues, and ensure accurate nightly postings and reports.

Your day-to-day

• Check guests in and out confidently, professionally, and personally.
• Welcome and register guests, explain accommodations, and process payments.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel information and answer guest inquiries.
• Adhere to scheduled attendance and hotel policies.
• Accurately handle reservations, billing, and accounting procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest comments and concerns.
• Ensure all calls are answered courteously and professionally.
• Log and communicate pertinent information using hotel communication tools.
• Support accounting by posting revenues, balancing guest ledgers, and preparing reports.
• Complete reports and tasks as directed by management.
