• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
• Managing reservations and ensuring accurate room assignments
• Acting as the go-to person for guest inquiries, requests, and late-night assistance
• Processing payments and balancing financial transactions with accuracy
• Running nightly reports, posting charges, and keeping records updated
• Assisting with setting up the breakfast area in the morning

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and front desk systems
• The ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as needed
