Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Redondo Beach. The role supports hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping achieve business goals through accurate record-keeping and guest interactions.

You will process arrivals and departures, manage reservations and payments, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Professional and composed when resolving guest concerns.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information, records, and shift documentation.
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales and other departments.
• Promote hotel services and guest opportunities.
• Follow cash-handling, security, privacy, and SOPs.
• Monitor lobby and front desk area for a welcoming environment.
• Complete shift responsibilities and ensure smooth handoffs.

As Night Auditor, you'll play an important role in supporting hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping our team achieve its operational and business goals.

Job Purpose

The Front Office position is responsible for delivering welcoming, efficient, and professional service throughout the guest arrival, stay, and departure experience. This position assists guests with requests, reservations, payments, information, and service recovery while supporting smooth daily hotel operations.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.


• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:
