Daly Seven in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Night Auditor to safeguard nightly operations and prepare the property for a fresh morning.

You’ll perform the nightly audit, handle cash, complete daily reports, set up continental breakfast, manage reservations, and maintain a clean, secure lobby for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Ability to work alone after two weeks of training and during the 120-day probationary period.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and go up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nightly audit following strict guidelines to check the day’s work and correct any errors.
• Count the cash bank to start your shift and verify the money drop for the departing clerk.
• Complete all daily forms and reports, ensuring shift initials are posted and data is entered accurately.
• Set up the continental breakfast to ensure guests start their day with a great meal.
• Maintain a clean lobby and office area to project a professional image for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures.
• Take reservations with accuracy and assist guests in finding lodging at Daly Seven properties when full.
• Maintain knowledge of building layout and locations of keys, emergency cut-offs, and emergency lights.
• Know how to shut down the computer system in an emergency and set up the ADA box.
