Job summary

SpringHill Suites Nashville is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to balance, post and report on all front desk and hotel outlets during overnight hours. If you enjoy numbers and customer service in a quiet, hotel setting, this role is for you.

You will verify cash handling, prepare daily reports, support front desk operations, and assist in ensuring security and accuracy across rooms, F&B, and billing systems. Growth paths through our Management Development Program are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Night auditing experience in luxury hotel environment ideal.
• Strong knowledge of hotel software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms and outlets’ cash and credit operations.
• Verify cash handling and balance nightly figures.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue and operations reports.
• Support front desk operations and ensure accurate nightly close processes.

Responsibilities:In this role you will audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.

Requirements:

• Prior 1-2+ years' night auditing in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
• Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Handle cash, coins, and currency at night
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
