Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; related experience accepted.

• 1–2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer service and financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day audit procedures and nightly front desk tasks.
• Audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities.
• Process late check-ins/check-outs and assist guests during night shift.
• Verify wake-up calls and manage cash receipts.
• Prepare the front office for the next shift and assist breakfast staff as needed.
• Act as PBX operator during audit shift and provide guest service.
• Attend front office meetings and participate in cross-training.

Position Overview:

Night auditors perform end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. They assist late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests. They also audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities.

QualificationsEssential Job Functions:

• Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
• Performs and attributes all required audit reports.
• Verifies the status of all wake-up call requests and ensures they are properly handled.
• Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
• Prepares the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset days business.
• Acts as a Guest Service representative during the night time hours.
• Acts as the manager on duty during the night time hours.
• Attends and actively participates in all front office meetings.
• Participates in all training and cross training programs.
• Acts as PBX operator during the audit shift.
• Assists breakfast attendants by setting up breakfast areas as needed.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Reports to work for scheduled shifts, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
• Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.

Qualifications:
