Role Overview

As a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, you will warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. Your role involves ensuring guest satisfaction by creating seamless experiences from arrival to departure, with a focus on closing and resetting systems for smooth next-day operations, thereby leaving a lasting impression.

Essential Job Functions
  • Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to guests by responding promptly to questions and requests
  • Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and create and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts
  • Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and troubleshoot computer issues during the shift
  • Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary)
  • Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery
Physical Demands
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs
  • Stand for most of the shift and move about in guest service areas
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent required; hotel experience preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting operations (accounts receivable/payable, service fees)
  • Basic math skills for financial reporting
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems (e.g., OPERA, OnQ) is a plus
