Residence Inn Big Sky/ The Wilson Hotel in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a Night Auditor to balance nightly revenue, settle accounts, and reset systems for a new day. You will also perform Guest Service Agent tasks and duties, ensuring accurate records and high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include nightly audits, cash handling, daily reports, and guest check-in/out support, with opportunities for growth into Front Office roles. Training on BRAINS network will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Night audit or accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• FSD is a plus; requires within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guest accounts, manually or via computer.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on time.
• Enter and update financial data into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores across departments.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Focus

• Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agents tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing department and overall guest satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background And Skills
