Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Registers and processes guests upon arrival and departure.
• Demonstrates telephone courtesy and professionalism.
• Attentively listens to guests and anticipates additional needs or concerns.
• Maintains a clean and professional appearance of public areas and the hotel office.
• Uses appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Completes daily management and operational reports.
• Ensures all guest accounts are complete and accurate.
• Performs Night Audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, posting charges, and preparing required reports.
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of all end-of-day and overnight financial processes.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area.
• Complies with the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies.
• Assists in monitoring and upholding procedures for the safety and security of guests, hotel property, and team members during all shifts.
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Delivers amenities and general assistance to guests as requested.
• Maintains accurate records and communicates important guest, operational, and maintenance information between shifts.
