HHM Hotels in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, reconcile nightly accounts and perform Guest Service Agent duties. You will maintain records, run daily reports and ensure a smooth handoff for the next day. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior night audit or accounting experience, and proficiency with Excel.

FSD training is a plus and must be completed within 90 days of employment. Schedule may include holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward improving satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agents tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
