Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is seeking a part-time Night Audit associate to assist with weekend hotel and guest service operations. Shift time would be 11am-7pm. If you are committed to delivering outstanding guest service and hospitality, we are excited to hear from you!

Join Lodgco Hospitality’s team to deliver friendly front desk service, assist guests with requests, and help close daily operations, including nightly balance, reporting, and coordination with accounting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate standard hotel software and systems.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
• Reliable, customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Register guests at check-in/check-out, assign rooms, and handle special requests.
• Know hotel operations, policies, and loyalty programs; assist guests with questions.
• Answer phones, sort mail, and relay messages to appropriate departments.
• Prepare and maintain breakfast area, assist with late charges and cash handling.
• Inspect public areas and ensure overall hotel cleanliness and safety.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for serving guests at the front desk while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform guest registrations (check ins & check outs), room assignments, and specialrequests
• Knowledge of daily hotel operations, policies, procedures, and internalrules
• Knowledge of Brand’s operating systems and Brand’s customer loyaltyprograms
• Knowledge of guest rooms, locations, amenities, features, and all other servicesoffered
• Knowledge of room rates, packages, discounts, andpromotions
• Ensure proper credit when checking out guest(s) and handle late charges accordingly
• Knowledge of cash handling and bank procedures to check out allguest(s)
• Bank out at end of shift by following dropprocedures
• Email daily reports to accounting office
• Answer phones, handle mail, and takemessages
• Assist guests with problems and questions; ensure all guest problems areresolved
• Knowledge of the city, local area, andattractions
• Utilize spare time for cleaning (i.e. front desk, back office, common areas) and maintaining sidewalks and frontentry
• Know all emergency procedures and the proper action totake
• Operate safe depositboxes
• Inspectconferencerooms,commonareas and public restroomstoensure cleanliness
• Perform security walks of hotel
• Investigate and address noise/partyissues
• Set up, prepare, and maintain breakfastarea

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of hotel experience is a plus

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record – satisfactory criminal background screening required – professional references

SUPERVISORY RESPONSBILITY

This position doesn’t manage any staff members.
