Job Details

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
• Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The Night Auditor is responsible for attending to guest needs, balancing revenue and expense transactions from the day, and performing all front desk functions during the audit shift. The role requires good communication and guest service skills, with the ability to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
• ONQ experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions suitable for guests.
