You will supervise the night audit team, balance accounts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with housekeeping and security to maintain safety and efficiency. A background in front desk or night audit, plus strong math and communication skills, helps you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/hospitality education is a plus.
• 6+ months Front Desk experience; night audit experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the night audit team and ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
• Perform night audit procedures including balancing, verifying charges, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor adherence to hotel policies during the night shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and security for smooth night operations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and mentor night audit staff.
• Assist in implementing new processes and technologies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or hospitality is a plus.
• 6+ months Front Desk experience.
• Previous experience in a night audit role or similar position is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
