Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a night auditor in a 4-5 star hotel/resort.

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Audit Supervisor to join our rooms division team. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the resort during the overnights 11pm-7am, checking in late arrivals ensuring a seamless guest experience, daily financial transactions, end of day reporting, assisting the outlets and departments with day-to-day activities, handling issues or emergencies and customer service is consistently delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accuracy of end of day processes, daily revenue, transactions, payments collected, security and reporting.
  • Facilitate guest check ins & check outs and provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities.
  • Monitor, address and resolve overnight operational or guest issues and emergencies.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guests needs are met.
  • Conduct audits, identify improvements and implement.
  • Comply with policies, procedures and safety standards.
  • Practice the RACV values - Innovation, Accountability, Caring & Team.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Previous night auditor experience & knowledge in a front office 4-5 star hotel/resort environment.
  • PMS experience, Opera preferred + Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Understanding of financial processes, information & data.
  • Multi outlet night audit experience, with a high attention to detail, excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of emergency medical, evacuation, fire protection and security procedures.
  • First Aid + CPR certificate.
  • RSA certificate.
  • Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card.
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
