Job summary

Moxy Denver Cherry Creek, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is hiring a Part-Time Night Auditor to keep hotel operations smooth after dark. You’ll balance and report across outlets, greet guests, and manage check-ins/outs with care.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Accounting background preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate PC, cash register and calculator.
• Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on all cash and credit operations and reset registers to ensure accuracy.
• Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk, including room charges and deposits.
• Prepare and input statistics and income journals for daily reports.
• Balance and close bank ticket codes daily.
• Run night audit final after revenues are in balance nightly.
• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures using manual and computer methods.
• Facilitate guest check-out and close accounts to prepare for next sell.
• Maintain good customer relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX, schedule wake-up calls, and assist guests with requests.
• Perform duties of Front Desk Clerk including express checkouts.
