Flexible shifts are available including morning, evening, and night, with Full-Time/Part-Time options. This role emphasizes attention to detail, confidentiality, and guest satisfaction in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, and process guest check-in/check-outs and adapt for changes, verify guest identity.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests.
• Secure payments, verifying and adjusting billing as needed.
• Provide guests with room information, directions, amenities and local interests.
• Process night audit and run daily reports for the next shift.
• Complete cashier and closing reports and count the bank at shift end.
• Accept wake-up calls and relay to the appropriate department.
• Maintain confidentiality of guests and proprietary information.
• Communicate emergencies, lost items, or theft to staff or authorities.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, and safety hazards.
• Keep doors locked during the night and tidy the front desk areas.
