Job summary

Hotel Adeline in Scottsdale, AZ, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. You will deliver overnight guest service, manage check-ins/outs, and support hotel operations with accurate daily reporting.

The role runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We value detail, teamwork, and a professional, welcoming presence; training is provided to ensure you excel in the room revenue, audits, and guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests professionally during overnight hours.
• Perform guest check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and respond to guest requests.
• Post room charges, taxes, and additional transactions accurately.
• Audit and reconcile daily transactions, revenue, and payment reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily occupancy, revenue, and audit reports.
• Review guest folios and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain hotel safety and security procedures, including routine property walks.
• Respond to guest concerns, emergencies, and incidents overnight.
• Communicate important overnight updates to morning shift and relevant departments.
• Answer calls and respond to requests in a timely manner based on priority.
• Maintain regular attendance and work varying schedules based on hotel business needs.
• Assist other departments as needed.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional overnight guest service while ensuring accurate financial reporting and daily audit procedures. The Night Auditor is responsible for assisting guests, managing front desk operations, reconciling daily transactions, and preparing reports to support hotel operations. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. This position typically works overnight hours from 11:00PM to 7:00AM.
