Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Revenue Report data by auditing tapes/journals and settlements.
• Run audit reports and journals.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle system issues during shift.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day.
• Coordinate with Front Desk/FO team to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet guests, handle payments, and verify credit cards for authorization.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Adhere to Stamford Marriott policies and maintain professional appearance.
• Assist other Front Desk personnel and perform related duties as needed.
