Responsibilities:

• This is a Flex Role: 2 nights/week Night Audit, 3 days/week PM/AM shifts.
• Audit daily revenue reports, including POS and front office systems.
• Make corrections, handle computer issues, and prepare daily financial reports.
• Greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, verify payments, and provide excellent customer service.
• Balance accounts, handle cash, and manage guest accounts.
• Follow attendance policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience.
