Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete a nightly MOD checklist and send copies to GMs and department leads.
• Manage guest resolution process to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle emergencies with authority to contact providers and report findings.
• Assist any department that is short staffed or needs help.
• Understand Front Office staff duties and perform them when needed.
• Operate the MICROS system and manage daily transactions.
