Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during the overnight shift at the Courtyard Baltimore McHenry Row. You will balance daily revenue and expenses and support hotel guest services throughout the audit period.

The role requires handling check-ins/outs, cash handling, and daily reporting with strong communication skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Balance revenue and expenses during the audit shift.
• Attend to guest needs and provide courteous service.
