• Prior experience as a Night Audit Agent or in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Excellent guest service orientation and ability to balance customer satisfaction with revenue goals.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn front office software quickly.
• Willingness to work early evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Prepare and audit daily revenue reports, breakdowns, and settlements.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for the next day.
• Troubleshoot front office system issues and maintain accurate guest ledgers.
