We are now seeking a Night Attendant to join our team!

The Night Attendant oversees the well-being of the building and its operation during the night shift. Responsibilities include:

1. Keeps front desk and lobby areas vacuumed and dusted.
2. Collects trash from receptacles throughout the community and disposes of them in dumpster.
3. Answers the telephone.
4. Delivers newspapers to residents' doors.
5. Responsible for successful completion of the daily Evening/Night Shift Duty List.

The successful candidate possesses a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to be self-directed in decision making and emergent situations.
