Job summary

Banner Health's Medical Imaging team in Mesa, AZ seeks an Acute CT Technologist to perform CT exams, ensuring quality images and patient safety. The role supports a team-based environment with registry/per diem opportunities and varied night shifts at Banner Boswell Medical Center.

As part of Banner Staffing Services-AZ, you will follow procedures, maintain equipment QC, educate patients, and uphold safety and confidentiality while contributing to efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification or NMTCB CNMT.
• Arizona/Wyoming/Nevada licensure; CT license required.
• ARRT-CT or NMTCB-CT within 18 months.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs prescribed CT procedures following orders.
• Educates patients about procedures and safety.
• Produces high-quality CT images and documents findings.
• Maintains equipment quality control and safety.
• Ensures efficient department workflow and confidentiality.
• Collaborates with radiology team and physicians.
