Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Administrator to manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide excellent customer service. You will patrol loading and entry areas, log visitors, respond to incidents, and communicate professionally with site personnel.

Minimum requirements include 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, background check, drug screening, and any required licenses.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, log visitors and deliveries, and direct authorized personnel.
Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting/escalation procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of loading areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
Document observations and access-related activities with site personnel and transportation partners.
